Message From The Founder
Diana Billy-Elliott, ASW
Indigenous Wellness Alliance (IWA) was founded in August 2023 by visionary leader Diana Billy-Elliott, a proud member of the Hopland Band of Pomo Indians, with lineage from the Dry Creek Band of Pomo Indians and the Karuk Tribe all located in Northern California. Guided by lived experience and a deep commitment to community, IWA was established to uplift, motivate & empower individuals to create lasting change.
IWA believes in the power of change which fuels healing, connection, and cultural strength. Our work centers hope, transformation, and support for those navigating life’s challenges. By restoring balance today, we help break cycles and protect the wellbeing of future generations.
Our Goal
We envision a future where Indigenous people harness the power of change to heal, reclaim identity, and build strong, thriving families & communities.
